Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring you use a protective outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the generated return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
