OTTO958 has selected the PROTOBLAST-CMLVIII™ sneaker for its second partnership with ASICS. The shoe revives and reinterprets originals from our archive. The brand's nickname “O” is depicted on the toe area and the sides are embroidered with the brand's signature lettering.
The shoe has been redesigned with underlays and leather overlays and retains the iconic details of the GEL-100™ on the midfoot and eyelet strip. The GELBURST™ and GELHOOP™ 6 basketball shoes served as inspiration for the design of the midsole and toe area.
Inspired by our performance running collection, this shoe also features FF BLAST™ cushioning. We wanted to apply the functionality of the foam to everyday scenarios.
